Bovino Vineyards

Bovino Vineyards is located in the picture-perfect rolling hills of Templeton, California and is home to three wine labels: Bovino, Joludi, and gen.er.os.i.ty. Founded by owner, Dan Souza, a wine grape grower and dairy farmer yielded the name Bovino - Bovine for his beloved dairy livestock and vino for his vines. The estate vineyards are centrally situated in the El Pomar District of the Paso Robles AVA.
The master-planned property is 83.5 acres in total with 45 acres planted to grapes. The winemaking facility and tasting room were designed by local architect Garth Kornreich, who thoughtfully placed the modern tasting room and observation deck to capture stunning sunsets each evening.
16 unique grape varietals are grown on the property, showcasing a diverse cross-section of wines that grow beautifully in the Paso Robles AVA. The vineyards is composed of well-known varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc alongside lesser-known varietals such as Arneis, Graciano, and Tempranillo.
Commitment to family, farming and community are reflected in the exceptional fruit grown on the Bovino estate vineyard, where thoughtful, earnest, and elegant wines are created for our patrons as we give back heartily to the community.
