MidPoint Winery

mid•point Winery is a boutique, family-owned estate in Paso Robles with a deep respect for the region’s heritage and an eye toward the future. Founded in 2015 and revitalized in 2020 through the restoration of the historic Rotta Winery, mid•point bridges past and present through thoughtful vineyard stewardship and balanced, expressive winemaking.

Owners Bill and Julie Lapp lead a passionate, tight-knit team with a shared belief in hands-on craftsmanship, creativity, and community. Their vision for mid•point is rooted in authenticity—producing wines that reflect both place and personality, without pretense.

The name mid•point signifies more than location—it’s a philosophy of continual growth and balance. From heritage vines to small-lot experimental blends, their wines celebrate the diversity and potential of Paso Robles. Located inside the Paso Bottle Shop on Railroad Street, their downtown tasting room offers a relaxed, welcoming space for meaningful conversations and memorable wines. Whether you’re sipping a classic Rotta Zinfandel or exploring newer releases like Kickover and Spirit of Distraction, mid•point invites you to meet in the middle, where good wine and good people connect.
